Welcome to Lecoutier Media! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our video editing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide clear instructions, necessary assets (e.g., raw footage, branding elements, music, etc.), and timely feedback. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that any content provided does not infringe on copyright laws. Lecoutier Media is not responsible for any damages or legal issues arising from the use of copyrighted material.

2. Revisions & Approval
We offer unlimited revisions per project. Once a project is approved and finalized, no further revisions will be made unless a separate agreement is reached.

3. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary depending on the project’s scope and complexity. Estimated completion times will be provided before work begins. Express delivery is available for an additional fee.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • If Lecoutier Media cannot complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Ownership & Copyright

  • Clients retain ownership of their raw footage and final edited videos.

  • Lecoutier Media may use completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, or social media unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Clients must have legal rights to any assets (e.g., music, stock footage) provided for the project. Lecoutier Media is not responsible for any legal issues related to the use of copyrighted material provided by the client.

6. Confidentiality
Lecoutier Media agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information provided by clients and will not disclose such information without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Lecoutier Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients assume full responsibility for ensuring the final content aligns with their intended use.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to that point must be compensated accordingly.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
